Run for Mental Health (May 2023)

Size Guide
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to do our part to raise awareness and support for those struggling with mental health issues. While we often talk about the positive physical benefits of movement, movement also has a profound positive impact on mental health. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎗️ 
When: May 28th (on your schedule)
Where: Anywhere in the world. Share your participation and runs/walks to one or all of our Facebook Groups: Running Motivation Group, Run Your State, Running Tips.

What: A virtual run / walk / challenge. Choose a distance that will challenge you - 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon.
Charitable Contribution: 50% of all proceeds from registrations will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), a voluntary health organization with the mission to "save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide." 

What YOU Get:

  • Personalized Social Images (an image with your photo to share that you're joining the cause to "Fight the Stigma" surrounding mental health)
  • E-Bib to wear during your run/walk and showcase in our groups.

    Access to Run Your State Strava Club / Event for Tracking
